Hot Topics in Ohio Law & Rules for Nurses

WEBINAR

Hot Topics in Ohio
Law & Rules for Nurse

As the most trusted profession, nurses are the individuals to whom the patient and families often look for answers to their ethical questions. But who do nurses turn to for answers to their own ethical questions? This session explores the relationship between the standards of practice as defined in OAC 4723.4, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses, the ethical application of those standards in practice and in addition, offers a review of several relatively new rules for Ohio nurses related to disease transmission, licensure renewal requirements and elder abuse/neglect reporting.
