Location: Remote
Must have qualifications:
- Licensed RN in Ohio Candidates or with multiple state licenses required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Long Term Care (LTC) with a focus on MDS.
- Remote Work: Must have a conducive environment and capability to work from home efficiently.
- Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, organized, proficient in MS Office Suite including Microsoft Teams.
- Technical Experience: Proficiency in Point Click Care (PCC) is a must.
- Leadership: Capability to direct, train, and oversee the entire MDS process.
Great to have but not required:
- RAC Certified.
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance updates and utilization.
- Experience in utilization review of Medicare Part A and other providers.
- Experience in overseeing the Care Plan.
- Expertise in ensuring documentation quality.
Other preferred certifications, licenses, and associations:
- Familiarity with RAC-CTA, Leading Age, RAC CTA, Director of Nursing Services, ICD10, infection preventionists, AANAC, etc.
Tools & Software Proficiency:
- Point Click Care (PCC)
- MS Office Suite: Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word
