Greencroft Communities a faith based; non-profit Continuing Care Living Community is seeking candidates who are interested in becoming a Nursing Home Administrator at our Walnut Hills facility in Walnut Creek, OH. Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and be willing to enroll in an AIT program through the state of Ohio. The ideal candidate will have:
- Keen financial sense to be able to control a facility budget.
- Strong management skills and be comfortable hiring and coaching employees,
- Be dedicated to learning the details of the facility,
- Providing day-to-day leadership throughout the facility embracing company functions, policies, and procedures,
- Fosters a culture of continues quality improvement,
- Serve as ambassador in the building the campus’s reputation in the community,
- Ensure facility operations is in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations,
- Possesses a track record of developing a strong leadership team,
- The ability to build a strong community with residence and team members,
- Candidates who have previously run a large (2M+) business or division would be a plus
