Simpson Senior Services has retained LeaderStat Premier to assist them in identifying Executive Director candidates to lead their flagship community, Jenner’s Pond, in West Grove, PA.
We are looking for an experienced Executive Director committed to providing exceptional care and support while enriching the lives of residents. If your fundamental belief is that caring for seniors is a privilege, and you have the ability to create communities where people thrive, then this opportunity is a dream come true.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following qualities:
- 5 years of successful operation leadership in a senior living community
- Knowledge of evolving changes in senior living
- Strong financial acumen
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Ability to enhance employee and resident engagement
- A record of success with Federal and State surveys.
Jenner’s Pond is situated on 88 acres of scenic countryside with natural streams and ponds. The community consists of Preston Skilled Nursing facility with 36 beds, Ruston Assisted Living with 60 units, and Independent Living with 278 units including 162 cottages and 116 apartments.
Conveniently located near Kennett Square and the cities of Newark and Wilmington, Jenner’s Pond offers small town living at it’s best. Activities include 20 available golf courses, unique shops, and gourmet restaurants. The Alison Community Center is the hub of the campus and offers dining venues, including a pub. Other conveniences include a bank, computer center, and an extensive library. Residents also have access to the local YMCA and their scheduled classes.
