LeaderStat Premier has been retained by Mary, Queen of Angels located in Nashville, Tennessee to assist in the recruitment of a Chief Executive Officer. Mary, Queen of Angels seeks a strategic visionary with senior living experience who is excited about the opportunity to grow a successful philanthropic organization. Reporting to the Bishop of the Diocese of Nashville and the Boards of Trustees, with a dotted line to the Chief Operations Officer, the CEO of Mary, Queen of Angels will be the leading advocate for the diocese’s elderly population.
The next CEO will carry out the strategic vision and the mission of the organization including being directly responsible for implementing all policies and plans established by the Boards of Mary, Queen of Angels and Villa Maria Manor. As a development of the Diocese of Nashville, Mary, Queen of Angels offers 98 Assisted Living beds with 16 Secure Memory/Alzheimer’s beds. Located at the St. Mary Villa Campus, Mary, Queen of Angels is a marquis property with revitalized units, excellent occupancy, and strong financials. Villa Maria Manor provides affordable, high quality housing and a variety of supportive services. Qualifications:
- The next Chief Executive Officer will have senior living leadership experience, including a successful track record of achieving results, setting proper expectations, and having governance in place.
- He/she will have proven success managing results, and navigating relationships with boards, residents, and employees.
- Preference is given to those who have an appreciation of Catholicism and/or Christianity. It is imperative that this CEO is committed to a set of personal values and a notion of integrity, and quality of life.
