Bethany Village, a nationally accredited continuing care retirement community in Centerville, Ohio (south of Dayton), is committed to providing quality service to others. We are a faith-based organization with a mission to help people experience life with dignity and wholeness. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as our Director of Dining Services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall food service operations with decentralized food production and six dining venues and will lead the execution of exceptional dining experiences for all our residents. This candidate will also be responsible for the management and oversight of 61 FTEs. Responsibilities include planning, developing, kitchen design/redesign implementing and evaluating food production and delivery for residents in our Licensed Nursing Home, Assisted Living, and Independent Living areas.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality or related field. Five years food service experience required, with a desire for candidates with both restaurant dining and health care food service experience.
