STAT Survey Tips and Tactics

Quality of Life | March 13, 2024

Nursing homes must create and sustain an environment that humanizes and promotes each resident’s well-being and feeling of self-worth and self-esteem. Additionally, CMS notes that noncompliance of the Quality of Life  F-tag 675 identifies outcomes which rise to the level of immediate jeopardy. Join this session to learn how Quality of Life impacts Ohio Department of Health (ODH) surveys and Ohio Department of Aging (ODA) satisfaction surveys. ODH updates and current citation trends in Ohio will be discussed.
