This Conference offers approved CEU credits for Assisted Living Administrators/Managers and Staff and provides credit hours for NHAs, Nurses, Social Workers and Activity Professionals. Please make sure your record is up to date with license information.

Please Note: Payments are now easier, as we no longer have fees for credit card transactions! Your registration is not guaranteed if payment is not made prior to the conference. Checks are welcome but must be received by Friday, October 17, 2025.

Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund. No-shows will not be issued a refund.

OALA Trade Show Registration Exhibit Space Pricing: Partner Rate - $850 (2 reps) Additional Rep: $125​ Non-Partner Rate - $1,250 (2 reps) Additional Rep: $175​ CEU Credit for One Representative (both days): $125 Speaker Booth Rate: OALA Partner $550; Vendor $850 ​Trade Show Perks Included with Registration: All exhibitors are welcome to attend our opening sessions. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are included with registration. Conference Attendee List 14 days prior & within 14 days after the Trade Show Exhibit Space Information: The Trade Show is ongoing during our event, and you are welcome to exhibit on both days. All exhibit spaces include a 6' table and two chairs. Floor displays/backdrops must be discussed before the event to determine if a single booth space can accommodate, or a double booth space is needed. Conference venue will ensure access to outlets - any special requests, please submit them along with registration. Exhibitors may provide door prizes, promotional items, and creative ideas to attract attendees to their booth.
