Michael O'Donnell

Mike is dedicated to helping individuals uncover the truth of their stories and discover their purpose. With nearly 20 years as a teacher, baseball coach, and mentor before becoming an executive coach, he brings a rich foundation in education and personal growth to his work. He holds a BA in English from The Ohio State University, a teaching certification from Ashland University, and a master’s in creative writing and literature from Regis University.

Drawing on his expertise in storytelling and communication, Mike helps leaders enhance self-awareness, connect authentically, and lead with clarity and purpose. As a writer and visual artist, he brings a creative lens to his coaching, encouraging clients to use creativity for professional growth and meaningful connections.

Married for 22 years, Mike and his wife have six children. In his free time, he enjoys fitness, hiking, exploring small towns, restoring homes, and finding beauty in everyday life.
