Nattishia Orr

Nattishia "Tish" has been a geriatric nurse for over 13 years, and has had the privilege of working with residents with various diagnoses, including dementia. She has been in a nursing leadership position for over five years. She enjoys uncovering ways to maximize the care provided to the residents of her community while maintaining a nursing team (nurses and caregivers) with long-term employment. She currently works as the Health and Wellness Director/Director of Nursing at Hamlet at Chagrin Falls in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. This community offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, and a Memory Care/Special Care Unit. She has accomplished many certifications as a nurse, including but not limited to wound certification, a member of the OALA educational committee, a mentor for other Health and Wellness Directors within the Greenbrier Senior Living group, and a participating on of the Advisory Board at Greenbrier Senior Living Group and part of the educational committee with the Ohio Assisted Living Association. She has received multiple awards as a nurse leader, including Women of Distinction in 2025 and the Greenbrier Nursing Leadership award. Currently, she is working to complete her CEAL certification and obtain a higher degree in nursing.
