Greg Cini is the President, Culture Curator, and Co-Owner of The Griffin 105 Group, Cotter House Central Ohio, and KBC Senior Living, LLC. With more than 30 years of leadership in senior living operations, strategy, and culture, Greg is known for blending business excellence with heartfelt connection. His work is centered around one mission: to elevate senior care and become the most inspiring assisted living and dementia care organization on earth.
Greg’s vision for Cotter House and its groundbreaking “Our Home” model has become a standard-setter in the industry. By harnessing the latest in care innovations, nutrition, fitness, technology, and research—and surrounding himself with deeply compassionate team members—he creates environments where residents not only feel safe, but truly thrive.
His understanding of dementia care is both professional and personal. Greg’s most meaningful lessons came through caring for his grandmother-in-law and his mother, both diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Through this journey, he witnessed firsthand the toll the disease takes on families and the transformative power of love, presence, and shared purpose. These experiences shape every decision he makes as a leader.
In addition to leading thriving care communities, Greg is also an author, speaker, and teacher, sharing his insights on memory care and leadership. His book, Things to Remember About Memory Care, captures many of the lessons he's learned on the front lines of caregiving.
