Dawn is the Director of Clinical Services for Buckeye Hospice and Palliative Care, bringing over 27 years of healthcare experience and a deep commitment to patient care and education. Her journey in nursing began as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), progressing to a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and then to a Registered Nurse (RN). These roles have shaped her comprehensive understanding of the healthcare continuum and strengthened her clinical expertise.
Dawn holds a Master’s degree in Nursing Education from Western Governors University, where she cultivated her passion for education. Throughout her career, she has excelled in healthcare compliance and education and served as a NATCEP (Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program) coordinator, ensuring excellence in nursing education and patient care.
