Job Description:
We are currently hiring an experienced and compassionate Assisted Living Director to lead and
manage operations at our assisted living facility. The ideal candidate will have a nursing
background (Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse preferred) and a strong commitment
to providing high-quality care for seniors. This is a leadership opportunity to make a meaningful
impact in the lives of residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Lead and manage all aspects of daily operations in the assisted living community
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care that complies with state and federal
  regulations
• Supervise, train, and support staff to maintain excellence in service
• Conduct and/or coordinate and oversee regular assessments of residents and coordinate
  individualized care plans
• Monitor and maintain resident satisfaction, safety, and quality of life
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and community partners to support
  resident well-being
• Oversee admissions, occupancy, and move-in processes in accordance with company
  standards
• Manage budgets, staffing levels, and resources to achieve financial and service goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure readiness for inspections and audits
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented culture among staff and residents

 

Required Qualifications:

• RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license preferred
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in assisted living, long-term care, or senior
  housing
• Knowledge of state healthcare regulations and senior care best practices
• Strong skills in leadership, communication, and team development
• Passion for working with seniors and improving quality of life

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and documentation systems
• Experience with budget management and occupancy tracking
• Familiarity with dementia care
