NAB Launches National Survey to Update Administrator Practice Standards

The National Association of Long Term Care Boards has opened its 2025–26 Professional Practice Analysis survey, a national effort that will inform the next revision of the NAB Domains of Practice. Input from licensed administrators and professional leaders is essential to accurately reflect the knowledge and competencies required for entry into senior living and health services leadership roles. The confidential, anonymous survey takes about 45 minutes to complete, and responses are reported only in the aggregate. The survey must be completed by February 6, 2026, and is available through the 2025–26 Professional Practice Analysis survey.
