Learn More About Becoming an Age-Friendly Health System

The Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) is inviting LeadingAge members and aging services providers to join the Age-Friendly Health Systems movement.

Through the Age-Friendly Health Systems Online Course with Coaching, participants will build a strong foundation in the 4Ms Framework and learn how to implement age-friendly care across diverse settings, including hospitals, ambulatory clinics, nursing homes, and home health agencies. This interactive program equips teams to take the first steps toward delivering age-friendly care while preparing participants to serve as champions within their organizations.

The course offers 10 continuing education credits for physicians, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, and CPPS recertification. Registration is $549 per person.

A limited number of scholarships are available to offset costs. Applications are due September 3, 2025, and will be reviewed individually using standardized criteria.
