Help Shape Ohio’s 2027–2030 State Plan on Aging

The Ohio Department of Aging (ODA) is developing the 2027–2030 State Plan on Aging—a strategic roadmap to enhance the health and well-being of older Ohioans.

To ensure the plan reflects the real needs of Ohio’s aging population, ODA is inviting older adults, individuals with disabilities, and caregivers to complete a brief Statewide Needs Assessment Survey. Your input will help guide priorities and strengthen the final plan.
