OHFA Posts 9% QAP FAQs

This week, the Ohio Housing Finance Agency published its first round of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on the website for the 9% Low-income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. In remarks made at this week’s Ohio Housing Conference, OHFA officials urged individuals to continue to send questions about the Qualified Allocation Plan through January 26, 2024 at 5:00PM, so that OHFA might update the FAQ document.
