Eliza Jennings Acquires The Weils in Chagrin Falls

Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network, a distinguished name in senior care services with a legacy dating back to 1888, proudly announces a significant expansion of its footprint through the acquisition of The Weils senior living campus from Montefiore Housing Corp. This strategic asset sale marks an exciting milestone in Eliza Jennings’ history, further amplifying its mission to provide exceptional care, support, and community to older adults. The Weils, a renowned senior living campus situated in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, will be rechristened “Eliza at Chagrin Falls” upon completion of the acquisition. The campus features a 29-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, as well as 93 assisted living apartments.
