Trade Show Booth Registration - NOW OPEN
Business firms interested in exhibiting at the LeadingAge Ohio trade show for 2024 can now access all registration information, including a map/listing of available booths, on the LeadingAge Ohio Annual Conference and Trade Show homepage located here.
The trade show for this year’s conference will be held on Wednesday, August 28 and all exhibitors are invited to stay through the day, attend sessions, staff their trade show booth (11:45AM-2:00PM) and participate in the evening’s Game Night (5:00-7:00PM), where they can continue conversations started during the day, or make new contacts throughout the evening.
Some important details to remember:
- Exhibit hours are Wednesday, August 28 from 11:45AM-2:00PM
- Points of entry/exit to the trade are only between booths 1/27, 29/54 and 56/80 (see trade show map on the registration page)
- LeadingAge Ohio will not place competing organizations/same category groups next to or across from each other on the trade show floor
- (IE… if you are a pharmacy group, you will not be placed beside or directly across from another pharmacy group)
- Please provide three booth selection options when submitting your form. The map of available booths will change quickly and I will stay on top of updating that map on a daily basis
- All trade show booths are eight feet long by six feet deep. All trade show exhibits MUST FIT INSIDE those specs. Each booth comes with a skirted table, two chairs and a wastebasket. Additional items, such as electricity, will be available via the Electronic Exhibitor Kit that is sent out by the exhibition company closer to conference
- Exhibitors can move in Tuesday evening between 5:00-7:00PM or anytime Wednesday morning after 8:00AM
