The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) Board met on September 20th and reviewed public comments and the second draft of the 2024-2025 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). LeadingAge Ohio, along with forty other interested parties, submitted public comments and revisions were included in the second draft based on this feedback:
While the 811 PRA revision is a huge win for LeadingAge Ohio, the Association will continue to advocate for the reinclusion of CORES certification in the second round of public comments, which are due at 5:00PM on October 10th. Feedback and comments on the 2024-2025 9% LIHTC QAP draft may be sent to QAP@ohiohome.org. The OHFA Board will approve the final 9% LIHTC QAP at their October Board meeting.
