Last month, LeadingAge Ohio wrapped up the Employee Health and Wellness Benefits Survey which evaluated the current state of benefits offered to full time, part time and PRN staff across LeadingAge Ohio membership. Recent studies have shown that competitive and unique benefit offerings are significant for staff recruitment and retainment.
