LeadingAge Ohio will hold its Annual Meeting virtually later this morning at 11:30AM. Attendees will have the chance to hear from Director of the Department of Aging Ursel McElroy who will offer a view of the DeWine Administration’s priorities heading into lame duck and a new budget season. These will include PACE expansion, efforts to evaluate Ohio’s survey process for nursing facilities, the work of a newly-formed Direct Care Working Group, and more.
Representatives from each LeadingAge Ohio member are encouraged to join to hear about progress made over the past year on LeadingAge Ohio’s strategic plans, including the launch of a communications campaign that will elevate careers in aging services and advocacy achievements. Members will vote on the slate of nominees for the LeadingAge Ohio Board of Directors.
