Open Position Survey Extended to Friday

The member survey on open positions detailed below has been extended until this Friday, January 14, 2022. 

Allison Salopeck, President/CEO of Jennings and LeadingAge Ohio Board Chair provides the following encouragement:

"Help us help you. We heard you and we know through many anecdotal stories that your teams are exhausted and you cannot find nor keep enough staff. Combining all members open positions will be a message that policymakers cannot ignore."

Whether we point to “the great resignation”, the vaccine mandate, or other factors, workforce is the top issue facing every LeadingAge Ohio member. This summer, many of you provided data for a pulse survey on costs and staffing deployed by Scripps that strengthened our advocacy voice (cited in stories appearing in Gongwer News, Cleveland Plain Dealer, and more). Now, the LeadingAge Ohio Board of Directors has asked that we develop a quarterly pulse survey on open positions so that our advocacy is always informed by the latest data.  

There are five questions and a request for contact information:

Responses are confidential and will be reported in the aggregate only, so will not be identifiable to individual providers. 

In order for us to send this to the same person in the next quarter, we ask that the responder include his/her email address. The next time we send the survey, we’ll send directly to this individual.
