BFCC-QIO Memorandum of Agreement Compliance Audit

At the beginning of each BFCC-QIO contract cycle, healthcare providers that participate in Medicare are required to sign a MOA with Livanta. This establishes a legal relationship between the facility and Livanta as the BFCC-QIO for the state.

Livanta will be conducting an audit to determine what facilities remain out of compliance. If a facility has emailed their MOA, they will receive email verification by October 1, 2019. If your organization has not submitted the MOA or doesn’t receive confirmation by October 1, 2019, they need to submit a signed MOA as soon as possible.

Livanta prefers communication through email and notes that fax confirmations will take place at a later time. The template can be downloaded as a fillable PDF and emailed to providerupdate@livanta.com. There is also an FAQ document available regarding the MOA.
