End Stage Renal Disease in Hospice

End stage renal disease (ESRD) is seen frequently in the hospice population, both as a primary hospice diagnosis and as a comorbid condition. Managing patients with ESRD presents unique challenges as pharmacokinetic changes necessitate careful medication selection and dose adjustments, and a thoughtful approach to treatment is necessary to manage the distinctive set of symptoms that can develop at the end of life. Detailed information about medication selection and symptom management will be reviewed in this session.

Once registered, you will receive an email confirmation which includes a link to the webcast. The handout will be available on screen during the seminar and will indicate credit available for each title.
