The Human Resources Director oversees and directs recruitment and selection, development, performance, retention, and benefits activities at one or more retirement communities and possibly one or more Senior Independence locations in accordance with company standards and federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, regulations, and laws ensuring effective delivery of employment services to staff members.
