Samantha Lourenco, BSN, RN, CPASRM
In her role, at Life Enriching Communities, she provides regulatory and best practice oversight and support for the Directors of Nursing and Administrators. She is also the Corporate Risk Manager Designee for all 6 campuses, each of which includes independent living, Assisted Living, and skilled nursing.
Samantha started her clinical career as an STNA at 18 years old. She worked through college and became an RN at Cincinnati State University in 2013. She went back to school and graduated Cum Laude with a BSN from Ohio University in 2019.
Samantha has had various roles in skilled nursing as an STNA, charge nurse, nursing supervisor, Director of Nursing, MDS nurse, and she is currently the Director of Strategic Clinical Initiatives. She has earned the Certified Professional in Aging Services Risk Management and is a Certified CPR instructor. She has worked in collaboration with LeadingAge Ohio on a presentation during their Annual Conference and joined them during lobbying events. Samantha has also provided feedback for quality measure reporting through CMS and for the annual statewide survey provided by Scripps in the State of Ohio.
