Director of Social Services
St. Augustine Manor is looking for a Director of Social Services. We are a fast paced environment. Someone with nursing home, rehab and discharge planning experience is required. The ideal candidate has management experience. You must be able to multitask and able to work with frequent interruptions in your day. Interdisciplinary teamwork is key for this position.
The ideal candidate will be an LISW. We are a non-profit mission based facility that puts the needs of the resident first.

The position is open to replace a retiring Director who has been here for over 15 years.
