Full-time Nurse/Community Leader (RN)
Job Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a current Ohio license.
- Candidates must have current clinical and management skills and the ability to make accurate nursing assessments and decisions as well as assume 24 hour responsibility of their neighborhood/unit.
- Ensures and monitors that care is delivered to each resident in accordance with quality and regulatory standards, and is documented in the medical record.
- Actively participates in the development, review and revision of resident and patient policies and procedures within the interdisciplinary team, neighborhoods, departments and organization.
- Assumes and maintains an atmosphere which promotes person-centered care, resident/patient choices, growth, standards of care, clinical competence, philosophy and mission of the organization.
