Grace Brethren Village is an outstanding continuing care retirement community located in Englewood, Ohio. This is a full-time salaried position for an LSW with demonstrated leadership abilities. The qualified candidate must possess the following qualities/skills:
- Valid Ohio LSW license,
- Must possess a genuine interest in working with the elderly population,
- 1-3 years of experience, preferably in a long-term care environment,
- Excellent communication skills, especially with residents and their families
- Experience PDPM (preferred), Admission & Discharge practices,
- Proficiency with computers,
- Time Management and organizational skills,
- Possess a cooperative, positive attitude toward residents, families and staff,
- Experience with dealing with the general public and other health care professionals.
This is a key position that works closely with the Executive Director and Nursing department. This position works in accordance with current federal, state and local regulations that govern our facility to ensure the highest level of quality care. This position is a member of the Interdisciplinary Team and works closely with staff to ensure the planning and delivery of quality resident services.
