Regina Health Center is a CMS FIVE-STAR rated, mission-based skilled nursing facility, with 5 STAR RATED STAFFING. We are also rated in the top 2% in OHIO for both Family & Resident Satisfaction! Regina Health Center is located on 230 beautiful acres in Richfield, Ohio and we are currently seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee and complement our talented team!
Reporting to the Executive Director, the DON is responsible for the overall management of nursing care and has delegated administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for the functions and activities of the nursing staff. The DON directs the operations of nursing care in accordance with the mission of the Sisters of Charity of St. Augustine and current Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long term care and assisted living facilities. The DON works with the Medical Director in carrying out the directives regarding medical care provided to residents.
Candidate must be a registered nurse with a current license to practice in the State of Ohio, BSN preferred. Must have at least one year's experience in a long-term care management role. Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, good judgment and proven leadership ability required. This position will interact with facility personnel, residents, families, congregational members and others.
