Chief Financial Officer
Greencroft Communities, based in Goshen, Indiana, is a faith based, non-profit provider of senior housing, services and programs with nine communities throughout northern Indiana, Michigan and Ohio. Campuses are in Goshen, Middlebury, South Bend, New Carlisle, Fort Wayne and DeMotte in Indiana, Holt in Michigan, and Plain City and Walnut Creek in Ohio. The organization has grown in its 17-year history as a system and its affiliates have over 90 years of experience meeting the needs of older adults. With annual revenue of $90 million, Greencroft Communities is home is home to over 2,300 residents and employs a dedicated team of over 1,300 staff members.
Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer will provide executive financial leadership for Greencroft Communities, its subsidiaries and managed entities. The CFO will work with operating Vice Presidents to meet financial and operational goals. (S)he will take the lead in developing business plans and evaluating new business opportunities for Greencroft Communities.

A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field is required (master’s degree and CPA are preferred).
