EHM Senior Solutions, in partnership with Witt/Kieffer, is seeking a compassionate leader who will provide strategic leadership for this multi-campus, multi-service line Senior Living enterprise. The new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) must possess the ability to communicate effectively, think strategically, set priorities, and implement the strategy for the future.
EHM Senior Solutions has maintained a commitment to create lasting communities for those living in Southeast Michigan. With thoughtful planning, their Board of Directors has set a course for growth and transformation one building and one program at a time. This steady and focused growth has allowed true opportunity for changing lives within each community. Today, with over $56 million in total revenues, EHM Senior Solutions is a pioneer in the development of a continuum of care for the elderly, in offering enriched housing for low and moderate-income residents and in the development of community-based programs to serve seniors.
EHM Senior Solutions' Brecon Village, Evangelical Home - Saline, and their residential housing communities are over 95 percent occupied. While EHM Senior Solutions is well-differentiated in the market with the offer of LifeChoice Solutions and LifeChoices, continued growth and long‑term transition to alternative financing models for housing will be a priority for the new executive.
The CEO position is open due to the upcoming retirement of the current CEO, Denise Rabidoux, who has served the organization for 28 years, 20 years as CEO. The next Chief Executive Officer of EHM Senior Solutions will be a mission-driven, strategic leader who can capitalize on past successes while creating the vision for the future. The new CEO will be intimately involved in the growth and development of the organization and will have passion for the mission and values of EHM Senior Solutions. This executive must be a team leader/player who attains satisfaction from facilitating and nurturing the success of others.
The ideal candidate for the CEO role at EHM Senior Solutions will be an experienced senior living leader who understands the rapidly expanding world of home and community-based services, affordable housing and the CCRC residential model.
