LeadingAge Ohio is excited to be joining the Society for Pain and Palliative Care Pharmacists (SPPCP) and American Pharmacists Association to Co-Provide the 2021 Virtual Conference on Pain and Palliative Care
Nationally renowned healthcare professionals with expertise in pain and palliative care will be coming together to present in-depth sessions for SPPCP’s Fourth Annual Virtual Conference.

Continuing Education Information
Up to 3.5 C.E. contact hours for pharmacists and nurses
Nurses: Criteria for successful completion and receipt of contact hours per session: Attendance at entire session and completion and submission of evaluation form. Participant will receive contact hours only for session(s) attended. Additional information and forms will be emailed after registration received.
