Criteria for Successful Completion

Attending the entire session and submitting an evaluation form. Upon submittal of the proper forms,
program offers 1 contact hour credit for nursing valid nationally, except in Iowa. There is a Once registered, you will receive an email confirmation which includes a link to the seminar. The handout will be available on
screen during the seminar.

LeadingAge Ohio is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Ohio Nurses
Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on
