LeadingAge Ohio will be hosting a meeting with the Ohio Department of Health on October 22 to focus on emergency preparedness and life safety code topics. All members are welcome to attend.
The meeting is part of a new initiative by ODH to provide support and guidance related to emergency preparedness. The goal is to provide information, resources, and answer questions related to emergency preparedness to build awareness and capacity. Attendees are encouraged to share experiences of recent events and what did and did not work well, so that all may learn from their experience. Questions related to life safety code are also discussed.
The meeting will be held October 22 from 10 am to 12:30 pm at the LeadingAge Ohio offices located at 2233 N. Bank Dr. Columbus, OH 43220.
