Lisa Fluhart, LNHA, Joins Eliza Jennings as Executive Director of
 Eliza Jennings Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Services Community

(Cleveland, Ohio) – Eliza Jennings, a nationally recognized and trusted expert in aging services, is pleased to welcome Lisa A. Fluhart, LNHA, as executive director of its Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Services community on Cleveland’s West Side. 

Fluhart is a licensed nursing home administrator with nearly 30 years of experience in skilled long-term care management, and is certified in gerontology. As executive director, she has overall responsibility for resident care, day-to-day operations, and regulatory compliance at the 126-bed facility located at the Eliza Jennings Health Campus on Detroit Avenue, the organization’s flagship community.

“Lisa brings a wealth of leadership experience and expertise in skilled nursing and long-term care administration,” said Eliza Jennings President and CEO Richard M. Fluhart earned a Bachelor of Health Science degree specializing in long-term care administration from the College of Health and Human Services at Ohio University. She is a 2018 recipient of the American College of Health Care Administration (ACHCA) Eli Pick Facility Leadership Award.
