Section 2302 of the Affordable Care Act (deemed Concurrent Care for Children) allows children to receive curative-focused and life-prolonging therapies in conjunction with hospice care. Using case scenarios, this session will determine medication coverage in children receiving concurrent care.

Criteria for Successful Completion

Attending the entire session and submitting an evaluation form. Upon submittal of the proper forms, programs offer 1 contact hour credit for nursing valid nationally, except in Iowa. Once registered, you will receive an email confirmation which includes a link to the webcast. The handout will be available on screen during the seminar and will indicate credit available for each title.
