Maple Knoll Communities Named 2018 Best Workplaces in Cincinnati
Maple Knoll Communities, Inc., a nationally recognized leader in the care and support of older adults, is proud to have dedicated employees who enable the overall excellence of the organization.
Maple Knoll Communities has been named a 2018 Winner of Best Workplaces in Ohio. This is the second year in a row for this honor. The organization is one of 50 outstanding organizations that was able to beat out hundreds of local businesses to receive this honor by Ohio Business Magazine and Cincy Magazine.
Maple Knoll Communities employees readily agree that the community provides an ideal working environment as depicted in recent survey findings. Maple Knoll Communities created an Employee Engagement Survey conducted by Holleran, a nationally recognized community engagement research and consulting firm. The overall employee satisfaction score was 86% with more than 80% participation in the survey, which are both results significantly above Holleran’s national benchmarks for satisfaction and participation in the Senior Care industry.
Beth Thress, Vice President of Human Resources, shared, “the impressive results of our survey identified our top areas of strength as: Maple Knoll is living up to its mission and goals, Maple Knoll cares for its employees and I trust the leadership at Maple Knoll. Maple Knoll Communities employees 685 employees, 25% of which have been there ten years or longer, who serve the residents, patients, clients and customers.
