LeadingAge Ohio’s 2016 Annual Business Meeting
The LeadingAge Ohio Annual Business Meeting will be held in conjunction with the upcoming 2016 Annual Conference and Trade Show, Stronger Together, on Friday, September 9, 2016 from 9:45 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. Hyatt Regency Columbus.
During this meeting, members will be asked to approve last year's Annual Business Meeting minutes and approve the slate of nominations to the LeadingAge Ohio Board of Directors.

Nominating Committee Recommendations
This year, there are five vacancies to be filled on the LeadingAge Ohio Board of Directors.
The Nominating Committee recommends that the following individuals be elected by the membership at the September 9, 2016 Annual Business Meeting to serve on the LeadingAge Ohio Board of Directors:
- Larry Gumina, President/CEO; Ohio Presbyterian Retirement Services (Columbus, OH)
- Wendy Price Kiser, Executive Director; Senior Independence Home Health and Hospice (Toledo, OH)
- Larry Monroe, President/CEO; Christian Village Communities (Mason, OH)
- Michelle Norris, Executive Vice President External Affairs and Strategic Initiatives; National Church Residences (Columbus, OH)
- Cynthia Struk, President; Summa Health Services Home Care, Hospice and Palliative Care Services (Akron, OH)

Outgoing Board Members
Three valued members will be leaving the LeadingAge Ohio Board of Directors at the end of this year. Please join us in thanking these dedicated volunteers for their past years of service:

- Cheryl Carrino, Department Administrator, Palliative Medicine & Patient Services; Cleveland Clinic Center for Palliative Medicine (Cleveland, OH)
- Mark Ricketts, President/CEO; National Church Residences (Columbus, OH)
We have also bid adieu to Sheila Flannery who retired earlier this year from Senior Independence and Erica Drewry who is no longer serving in our LeadingAge Ohio membership continuum. We are truly grateful to each of these individuals for dedication to our sector and to our association through their leadership and service. We are a stronger organization today because of them all!
