Director of Nursing

LeaderStat has been retained assist Blakeford at Green Hill’s, the only CARF-CCAC accredited long term care facility in middle Tennessee, with an immediate career opportunity for a Director of Nursing in their 70-bed skilled/intermediate care facility with oversight of a 65-bed assisted living facility.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) and have 3-5 years of experience in long term care. Previous management/staffing experience required. PS & MDS experience a plus. Must have strong leadership and communication skills.

POSITION GOAL:
The Director of Nursing oversees all aspects of patient care and medical services for the residents of the Nursing Home and Assisted Living, while ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulatory agencies.

  • Provides direct nursing care, as necessary, but not to exceed 50% of a work week.
