RN Staff Development Coordinator
Friendship Village Columbus (FVC) is seeking a full-time Staff Development Coordinator to add to our exceptional team and community. The Staff Development Coordinator is a Registered Nurse who is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, implementing and evaluating educational programs for FVC’s clinical and non-clinical team and ensuring that these programs are in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
Qualified candidates must be a licensed RN in the state of Ohio with a minimum one (1) year experience in the long-term care environment with strong knowledge of long-term care regulations. Candidates must have expert knowledge of basic nursing skills (patient assessment, infection control, IV therapy, medication administration, etc.) and a passion to pass that knowledge on to others.
