Bethany Village, one of south Dayton's premier continuing care retirement communities, is seeking an experienced RN to manage one of its chronic care units. The Unit Manager assumes 24 hour responsibility and accountability for delivery of quality resident care, adherence to approved budget, personnel management, and administration of the unit. Functions as a staff resource and a role model which influences attitudes, modifies behaviors, and provides staff development. Reports directly to the DON and is responsible for keeping the DON informed of unit activities, personnel issues and patient/family conditions.
Must be a graduate from an accredited RN school of nursing (Bachelor's degree preferred) and have current Ohio registration as a professional nurse. At least three years nursing management experience preferred.
