Reporting to the CEO, the VP of HR will be an integral part of, and an essential business partner to, the entire executive team by ensuring a strong linkage between the organization’s strategic goals and its HR programs. The VP of HR will have a passion for culture change and be responsible for developing and creating an environment in which over 300 staff members can grow and flourish. This is an exceptional opportunity to become a senior level leader within a highly regarded faith-based retirement services provider in Maryland.
A minimum of seven years of leadership and management experience in human resources is required, preferably in health care setting. Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in HR Management required, Master’s preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Knowledge of Employment Laws, PHR Certificate preferred.
