Ohio Department of Health (ODH) new rules for Residential Care Facilities (RCF) will be effective March 1, 2018. Register for the webinar to learn why ODH is rescinding O.A.C rules 3701-17-50 to 3701-17-68 and replacing them with new rules 3701-16-01 to 3701-16-18. ODH new rules are in accordance with the five-year review requirements. Amendments include registry checks, assessment clarifications, requiring carbon monoxide detectors be installed and maintained, and additional updates related to professional standards.

Substitution and Cancellation Policy: Substitutions, in writing, are welcome at no additional cost. Cancellations received by two calendar weeks prior to event date will be fully refunded. Cancellations received between 7 and 13 days prior to the event date will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be issued 6 or fewer days prior to the event date.
